After choosing your favourite design, add your pets name in the 'Pet's Name' field. You can add up to four lines of text on the back by adding to the 'Back of Tag' fields.

A simple wipe with a wet cloth should be all it takes to get your tag looking new again.

All of our tags are supplied with a heavy duty stainless steel split ring which attaches to the D ring on your pet's collar like a keyring.

Our dog collars are made of premium polyester webbing which is incredibly soft and has a breaking strength of over 1700kg.

We chose to use coated webbing as it matches the look of leather without the same downsides. Besides having a much lower carbon footprint than leather, our coated webbing is waterproof, stink-proof and incredibly strong and durable. In fact, under normal conditions, our webbing will long outlast leather and nylon.

Yes! Our coated webbing maintains its flexibility and durability in extremely cold weather conditions.

Our coated webbing cleans easily with warm soapy water and a cloth or sponge. To keep your hardware in top condition, ensure you fully dry your gear before storing or placing back on your pet.

This really comes down to personal preference and taste. Both our matt black and antique brass options are made out of solid brass which maintains excellent durability in all kinds of conditions. Although solid brass does not rust, our antique brass option may develop a slight patina over time depending on the conditions it's exposed to.

The vast majority of black hardware found on pet gear is plated. This means that there is a thin black coating over a zinc base. This type of plating scratches easily and is very prone to rust and breakages. Our black hardware is instead made out of PVD which creates a super tough coating over solid brass. Unlike zinc plating, it is incredibly durable, long-lasting and scratch resistant.

As all of our gear is hand-crafted and made to order, we ask you to allow between 2-4 business days for your order to be made and shipped.

We sure do! Please note that the buyer is responsible for any VAT, import duties and/or taxes charged by their home country.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, although as our products are custom made and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing (so please double check your sizing!). If your goods somehow arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.
